职位描述：
Guarantee the implementation of all quality validation steps for serial components with new suppliers, tools/transfers of serial components:
-Supplier evaluation: validate evaluation steps with support of buyer.
-Define the requirements files.
-Validate quality assurance file of supplier.
-Validate supplier processes by performing process audits and Run Rates.
-Validate Initial Samples delivered by supplier.
● Organize technical reviews with suppliers and AL teams.
● Organize technical meetings and drawing/specifications reviews with suppliers and R&D
● Manage all activities linked to modifications during component serial life: Planning, IS validation…
● Manage supplier product and processes modifications and validation
● Management and follow up of Top Worst Supplier’s and Action plans
● Validation of supplier action plans: check root cause analysis, defined actions…
● Check efficiency of supplier action plans by audit (mandatory for IC1 customer incidents)
● Insure non quality costs charge back to suppliers in cooperation with QMS
● Train suppliers to problem solving methodology
● Develop suppliers: Help suppliers make progress 举报 分享
