职位描述：
Responsibility

Liaising with or assisting subordinates in dealing with the customers, management, other departments and suppliers on customer orders, production schedules, deliveries, shipments and related matters.

Overseeing the activities of the planning, procurement and stores sections to ensure that materials are ordered, delivered, and issued in time to meet production schedules

Overseeing the activities of the shipping/traffic section to ensure that the finished goods are shipped in accordance to customer delivery schedules

Monitoring and managing inventory levels in the factory to meet company objectives, and implementing appropriate actions to rectify abnormal inventory levels as and when they arise.

Managing stock accuracy in the stores, disposal of rejected, obsolete and scrapped materials.

Ensuring that Logistics department’s activities are carried out according to company’s established quality and environmental management systems

As a member of the management team, to train and develop logistics department staff to improve their work performance, discipline and their potential for further career advancement with the company.

Preparing reports for management use

Informing/updating Management on major issues that affect logistics department, production plans, and customers’ schedules 举报 分享
