Essential Responsibilities:
The Supplier Continuous Improvement Specialist reports to the APAC Senior Supplier Continuous Improvement Specialist. In this role, the Supplier Continuous Improvement Specialist focus on driving continuous improvement and help the suppliers to reduce the cost, improve quality and OTD through lean activities within the Hubbell Asia Supply Chain.
Qualifications/Requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations or related field .
? Five to ten years’ experience in a lean manufacturing environment utilizing lean tools and practices .
? Strong Organizational, Analytic, and problem solving skills.
? Demonstrated excellence in using Activity Based Costing models
? Ability to interface and communicate effectively with all levels of employees, management, and diverse audiences, including suppliers and internal/external customers.
? Fluent in Mandarin and English
? Flexibility and willingness to travel (Up to 50 %)

? Six Sigma Certified (Green Belt or have experience to leading Six Sigma projects)
? Ability to meet objectives by influencing and engaging others globally as required
? Quality and cost driven
? Strong organizational skills
? MBA or other post graduate degree.
