职位描述：
Job Responsibilities
1. SMT product and capacity planning for internal and external work bench according to CM TPZ demand.
2. RFQ from supplier and do relevant PCBA PPC cost analysis for management make decision.
3. Evaluate and review product drawing with engineering team, correct to conduct CM specific requirement to supplier.
4. Regular organize the system and technical process audit to confirm the supplier work exclusively as per specifications of CM (e.g. drawings, task lists, P-FMEA, Control Plan, work/inspection instruction, special characteristics…).
5. Coordinate on material supply to extended workbench and PCBA shipment to bosch
6. As the contact window to coordinate SMT related topic with internal respective project manager and external work bench supplier.
7. Monitoring of Outsourced Processes based on Quality Performance/Delivery Performance/Machines Utilization
8. Monthly supplier report appraisal meeting
9. Issue 8D to EWb and push to take corrective action to close OPL accordingly
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above in engineering
2. 5 years above SMT project or process engineering experience
3. Good communication skill and fluent English
4. Relevant technical background of DFM, FMEA, Control plan, CMk/Cpk,MSA was preferred. 举报 分享
