Job Responsibilities
1.Take Lead TEF 1 team for station and process management, drive FPY,machine utilization improvement.
2.Technical support on the new project launch and transfer to achieve customer requirement.
3. New station or machine preparation, installation, acceptance and release which will be compliance with DMD, VVt.
4.As the contact window for CoC DMD implementation and process optimization.
5. Take Leading LLD (Lean line design) and CIP projects for productivity increasing and MAE and EWAK investment cost reduction.
6. Drive product quality continuous improvement and facilitate work procedure standardization and execution to reduce the IFC.
7.Documents preparation and drive execution on station and process which will be compliance with 14 quality principles.
8. Optimization and standardization maintenance to reduce the maintenance cost.
9.. As the Industrial 4.0 executer to lead smart projects to come true the intellectualized manufacturing.
10. Best practice sharing and technical discussing to strength the good relationship with CM parallel plant.
11.Technical support and cooperate with quality team for the internal audit and customer's audit.
12.Ensure use of quality & problem solving tools in daily works ( Poka-Yoke, PSS, PDCA, 8D-Report, etc. )
13. Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels;
14.Cooperate with & support dept. manager in dept. reporting & CM-related tasks.
15.Manufacturing process competence management (CptM)
Requirement
1.Bachelor degree or above in engineering or sciences
2.Related working experience: min. 5 years and total professional experience: min. 8 years
3.Ability to quickly deep-dive and structure complex technical problems
4.Systematic and methodical approach
5.Willingness and ability to lead and coach engineers
6.Project management skills
7.Clear and concise communication
8. Good writing, and oral English
