外籍教师工作职责
1.能够全英文授课，并保证教学质量, 营造轻松、愉快、温馨的班级氛围
teaching in English, ensuring the teaching quality, create a relaxed, happy and warm class atmosphere.
2.对工作具有高度的责任心，热爱学生，身体健康，能坚持正常工作。
Dedicate to education with responsibility for teaching and caring for students.
3.服从管理，遵纪守法，按时按质按量地完成所担任的教学工作。
Abide by school regulations and management, achieve the teaching goals as scheduled with high quality.
4.协助我校对英语教师进行口语培训和英语教法的交流。
Assist Chinese teachers on the oral English training program and the English teaching method.
5.协助学校对应聘教师进行口语测试。
Assist the school recruit team for applicants’ oral English test .
6.参加校内外各项英语活动。如英语日、英语活动课、英语竞赛，优质课评比等等。
Attend English activities held by school, such as English Day, English Outdoor Activities, English Competition and English Class Assessment.
7.参与学校培优活动、英语校本教材制定与修改工作。
Attend activities for advanced classes; assist the school to draft and revise the English teaching materials.
8.能够进行教室和教具的日常维护和管理；
Maintenance and clean up aids , keep the classroom tidy and clean.
9.任教期间妥善保管好办公室内外各种设施，爱护学校财物，节约能源，如有损坏请照价自觉赔偿。
Keep facilities in the office and classrooms, and keep energy-saving in mind. In case of any damage, foreign teacher should compensate according to the value.
10.讲卫生，保持教室和办公室清洁卫生。
Keep classroom and office clean and tidy.
任职要求：
1.英语口语流利、无特殊口音
fluent English speaking without accent.
2.外表积极阳光、性格温和可亲, 有基本的节奏感、韵律感 .
Be positive , gentle and amiable, has the basic sense of rhythm and rhythm.
3.喜欢孩子，热爱儿童教育，有管理和组织儿童进行课堂教学与活动的能力

4.担任过半年以上的少儿英语教学工作，参与过教学管理工作的优先
