2. Keep good relationship with all suppliers and government, make sure hiring requirement can be
satisfied on time？ Flexibility & Certification in Production
1. All the operator should be qualified
2. Make sure all file will be updated on time
？ Keep good relationship with internal China VALEO and external suppliers
1. Make sure all the internal policy and related standard is applied in site
2. Keep good relationship with labor agencies or government
？ Reporting: all reports needed from Recruitment
1. Prepare all regular report needed HR function internally on time
2. Prepare all regular report needed by government of others
