职位描述：
任职要求：大学本科经济类或财务类相关专业毕业，制造业四年以上相关财务分析经验, 熟悉制造业成本。
要求具备优秀的财务分析能力和内审能力，较强的沟通能力和团队管理能力。

Job mission:
Prepare all non-statutory financial reports and management report
Analysis the expenses and cost
Backup of site Financial controller when needed
1. Prepare the weekly / monthly /yearly reporting package, including not limited OM bridge, GBK report and site Monthly Report
2. Lead annual Budget and MTP process
3 Key pilot to support site FC of yearly LSF self-evaluation
4. Analysis of variance budget/Actual in P&L and other indicator Analysis of physical indicators & industrial variance of motor
5. Analytical expenses and overhead
6. Prepare and analyze investment authorization requests for APU and other functional departments
7. Ensure budget control of the costs below Operations Gross Margin
8. Support plant -30 plan as finance window, participate in MSC meeting, follow BOT
9.Make-buy analysis, supplier quotation validation
10. People management: Supports in the training and career development of controlling people. Creates a proactive team within his/her perimeter and help identifying high potentials. 举报 分享
