1°根据CIP规定关于R&D活动的负责人，以法雷奥现有标准、规定为基础设计（零部件标准/规定手册），合理运用项目资源；
- 确定行动计划(设计/实验室/手工样品/电子)并跟踪.
2°根据项目全部要求选择符合的设计概念，设计时将用户的要求、成本、质量、期限和加工工艺考虑在内；
- 分析客户要求(CDC / RFQ).
- 与我们的专家一起选择方案.
- 完成技术描述.
3° 积极参加各种相关会议
- 跟踪时间计划.
- 回顾 存在的问题 / QRQC.
- 定义行动计划.
- 更新设计检查清单.
4°准备和参与会议及项目回顾
- 完成项目的综合任务:产品定义、计划文件、手工样品、产品确认.
- 准备和参与认可会议.
- 完成设计评审.
5° 积极组织完成相关的工作会议
- 分析功能和客户的要求.
- 产品的 FMEA
- 确定认可 计划.
- 产品更改管理 .
6°准备和参与供应商和客户的会议， 对于项目里外发的零件，指导供应商进行设计。
- 发展与客户的技术关系，提供技术解决方案和产品设计的整体进度；
- 项目总结.
- 回顾存在的问题.
- 与项目负责人确定产品定义 (手工样品 / 批量产品).
- 与客户及项目负责人确定认可计划 .
7°管理项目的相关成本并和预算比较，管理与项目相关的技术文件；
- 定义手工样品/认可(试验和方法)的预算.
- 按照项目跟踪手工样品费用/预算.
- 跟踪手工样品的数量.

1° Pilot the activities accord CIP
- Define the planning tasks with each responsible for service concerned (BE / Lab / Prototype / Electronics) and follow-up.
2°Choose the concepts that meet the overall objectives of the project.
- Analyze customer specifications (CDC / RFQ).
- Choose concepts with our experts.
- Develop technical description documents.
3° Animating the various contributors meetings
- Keep track of the schedules.
- Review open Issues / QRQC.
- Define action plans.
- Update design Check List.
4°Prepare for and participate in meetings and reviews projects.
- Achieving the project syntheses:Definition product, Plan file (Sign-Off),Realization prototypes,Validations product.
- Participation in Validation committees with preparing syntheses.
- Realization design reviews.
5° Animate working meetings.
- Analyse functional & CDCfunctional.
- Product FMEA
- Definition the validation plan.
- Products change management
6°Prepare and participate in suppliers and customers meetings.
- Preparation of project syntheses.
- Review open issues.
- Validation with the project manager for definitions product (prototypes / series).
- Confirm the validation plan with customer and project manager .
7°Managing Projects costs compared to budget.
- Define budgets of Prototypes / validation (testing and method).
- Follow Prototypes expense / budget by project.
- Follow the quantities of prototypes

岗位要求：
- 3年以上工作经验，大学本科或以上学历（机械设计；塑性成型等相关专业）；
- 大学英语四级以上，听说熟练；
- 具备良好的团队精神和协调能力；
- 熟练应用AutoCAD（2D/3D）；曾在汽车行业、合资企业从事塑胶产品设计，会使用CATIA、UG、PRO-E优先。

- Engineering degree in Mechanical, Molding or Automation
- More than 5 year experience in the field of Mechanical, Molding or Automation
- At least one year experience on leading project development
for R&D projects in automotive product
- Basic knowledge in mechanical
- Fluent English in spoken and written 举报 分享
