职位描述：
1. Develop, implement and maintain a consistent Quality Management system in alignment with the Company’s objectives and in accordance with ISO9000/TS16949 and other applicable regulatory requirements.
2. Monitor, evaluate, and analyze KPI of quality system, recommend improvement to gain a higher sustainable quality level in processes and projects.
3. Maintain close and effective communication among departments, project teams and other support personnel to improve quality system.
4. Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives as required to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the quality systems.
5. Plan and organize internal audit, provide comprehensive review of Quality System compliance and effectiveness. Facilitate customer and 3rd party audit for system compliance and qualification. Follow up corrective and preventive actions.
6. Provide training support to staff on all areas of the Quality System (e.g. quality awareness, new/updated procedures, policy, standard, Quality Methodology, QC tools, etc.). 举报 分享
