职位描述：
Job Responsibilities
? Responsible for home and building technical equipment. Plant facilities maintenance, including building and public estate areas, power supply, lighting, air condition, exhaust system, compressed air, waste water system, water, gas supply, fire safety,furnitures and etc;
? Plant facilities and firefighting system maintenance SOP, maintenance plan and maintenance action;
? Coordination to support the production requirement ( provide auxiliary station; trolley ; facility installation，water、electric, air connect );
? Management of services supplier related to facility, negation and review the contract regularly, improvement the services quality continuously;
? Ensure compliance with regulatory codes and environmental guidelines(based on ISO14001) and establish critical systems testing and emergency procedures, as well company policies and procedures;
? Reduce, manage, analyze and report operating expense, deploy facilities cost saving programs (e.g. energy, water, gas, electricity, etc.).
? Server on Emergency Response Team, such as severe weather, flooding prevention, typhoon secure;
? Work in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations and ensure that all employees are in compliance.;
? Support Management in Environmental, Safety and Health issues ;

Job Requirements
? Bacholer degree or above with major in Engineering or Automatic Control;
? years or above facility engineer related working experiences in factory;
? Familiar with facility category and maintenance related knowledge;
? Know-how on various facility policy and related regulation of government;
? Automotive industry priority ;
