职位描述：
Responsibilities
1. Work with the FA Technician to perform the failure analysis for all customer claim (0km claim or field return);
2. Identify the defect is caused by SW with the evidence;
3. If the defect is caused by SW, should create the JIRA ticket and follow up it with our SW Engineer till handshake successfully;
4. Train the FA technician and level up their know-how;
5. Clear priority management for the claim analysis;
6. Finish all failure analysis within our defined time limit;
7. Finish all failure analysis report within our defined time limit;
8. Support our PQC to do on-site diagnosis for customer claims if required.


Requirements
1. Bachelor or above in electrical or software engineering;
2. More than 3 years’ experience in failure analysis;
3. Strong knowledge of Software structure and relevant topics;
