职位描述：
协助校长全面管理校区事务并完成以下事项：
1、制定和审议学校建设与长远发展规划、行政工作年度计划和工作总结，组织拟定及修改全校性规章制度，管理校区日常运营；
2、审议学校的建立和调整，决定学校教学、教务、校园规划建设等行政管理工作中的重要问题，主持全校性重要会议，听取各职能部门关于重要工作的汇报；
3、协调学校对外整体形象宣传和外联工作，接待学校有关的重要来宾，参加各类礼仪活动；
4、计划和促进体育竞赛和社会、文化、娱乐活动；
5、负责组织协调重要活动的组织、协调和落实；
6、审议学校的经费预算、决算及重要的经费开支计划、管理、控制预算，审定学杂费的征收项目，指导奖学金、研究基金和贷款项目；
7、审议招生计划；签署有关学校文件、签定与学校有关的协议、合同；签发毕业证书；
8、负责全校性综合统计的管理和上报工作；

工作内容：
协助校长完成以下事项：
1、全面贯彻总部教育方针，执行上级主管部门的决定，主持校区工作；
2、组织制定学校发展规划和学年、学期工作目标和计划，并督促检查规划和计划的执行，定期作出工作总结，提出改进学校工作的措施和意见；
3、加强员工及外籍教师队伍建设，负责本校区员工的聘用、选拔和培训等人事管理工作；
4、全面负责本校区教学销售工作，充分发挥各部门在学校工作中的作用；
5、改善办学条件，优化育人环境，为师生创造良好的学习和工作条件；

任职资格：
1、具有较强的管理能力以及协调能力；
2、具有较强的交际、沟通能力；英文书面与口语沟通无障碍.
3、掌握教育制度和教学规律；
4、掌握一定的客户心理学和销售知识；

华东师范大学芜湖外国语学校是华东师范大学与芜湖市人民政府合作，由华东师范大学直接举办的一所涵盖幼儿园至高中15年一贯制的高标准寄宿制国有公助民办学校。

East China Normal University Wuhu Foreign Language School is established by the cooperation of East China Normal University Foreign Language School and the Wuhu municipal government. It is a K-12 school with high standards and consistent system of public support to private boarding school , directly held by East China Normal University.

学校位于交通便捷的安徽省芜湖市城东商务文化中心内，是一所总投资近2亿余元建成的现代化、园林化、网络化、生态化的高标准国际化学校。校园占地面积12万平方米，建筑总面积近9万平方米。现有在校幼儿园、小学、初中共14个班，教职工83人，其中，专职教师45人。

The school is located in Wuhu City Anhui Province, inside the east business and cultural center. It is a modern, green, informationize , ecological and high standard international school with the total investment of nearly 2 billion. The school campus covers an area of 120,000 square meters and the total construction area covers nearly 90,000 square meters. The k-12 education system include a total of 14 classes, 83 faculty members, of which 45 full-time teachers.

The school equipped with advanced teaching and living facilities, and all courses use the imported interactive smart board to implement network teaching. All the teachers and students live in the apartment-style dormitory with central air conditioning and toilet facilities.
