职位描述：
Responsibilities
1. Establish and maintain ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 system in WhuP and support to Baoding plant, and get certificate within schedule via TUV or BVC;
2. Establish and maintain work safety standardization system in WhuP and support to Baoding plant within schedule via local safety bureau;
3. Establish WhuP and Baoding plant fire protection concept and make it meet Bosch standard. Review WhuP and Baoding plant fire protection design drawing and make sure C/RE or FCM to implement it via official drawing. Participate in fire protection acceptance by C/RE or FCM and local fire bureau, do fire protection system internal release and push any deviation to be corrected by C/RE or FCM;
4. EHS control and site check during WhuP construction phase and push findings to be close;
5. Do EHS assessment with third party and get EHS permit (safety and occupational health) from local government finally;
6. In charge of WhuP and support to Baoding plant occupational health and safety issues management;
7. Organize annual EHS training implementation by HSE dept., and do new employee EHS training. Check the implementation new employees three level training in Baoding plant and WhuP plant;
8. Involve New project, new facility installation release and new chemical release in WhuP plant. And support Baoding plant about this issues;
9. Coordinate third supplier EHS&S management in WhuP plant;
10. Accident investigation, prepare accident report and follow action implementation in WhuP plant;
11. Governmental regular or irregular work contact (safety bureau. etc.);
12. Regular site checks and communicate in WhuP plant, follow those area findings to be close.

Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above with major in Safety Engineering or Environment Engineering or related;
2. At least 3-5 years working experiences of EHS area, familiar with ISO14000, OHSAS18000, ISO9001 system, familiar with safety, fire-fighting and health related law and regulations;
3. Strong office software application abilities, good oral and writing English skill is required;
4. Detailed minded, self-manage and motivated; Team work, risk conscientious, good communication skill, and can work under pressure;
5. Certificate of safety engineer is preferred. 举报 分享
