职位描述：
工作职责：
1、顾问招聘，顾问团队的培训与日常管理；
2、带领顾问团队完成每月的销售任务；
3、有效协调本部门与其他部门的相关工作；
4、积极支持并协助市场活动的顺利开展；
5、接待家长并做好咨询工作，积极维护客户关系。

任职要求：
1、专科以上学历，2年以上早教行业工作经验或教育行业销售经验；
2、热爱教育事业，愿意帮助家长解决孩子成长中的问题；
3、有强烈的责任感，能做好团队分工工作；
4、热情、诚信、对销售工作充满激情、愿意接受挑战；

Responsibilities:
1. Hire consultants, train and supervise consultant team;
2. Lead the consultant team to complete sales task monthly;
3. Coordinate related work with other department efficiently;
4 .Support and give assistance to marketing work actively;
5 .Give good reception and consulting work to parents, maintain good relationship.

Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above, at least 3 year experience in early education industry or sales work;
2. Love educational enterprise, willing to help parents to solve problems in children;
3. Strong sense of duty, able to make good team division of labor;
