职位描述：
1. Managing Health and Safety 管理健康和安全

             To ensure the health, safety and well being of customers and all staff 确保健康和安全存在与客人和员工之中
2. Managing Customer Service 管理客人服务
                 Creating an environment where everyone in the department is focused on “creating that special experience” to deliver exceptional customer service. 让部门中每个人都集中给客人创造出（特殊的体验）传达特殊的服务

3．Managing the delivery of Service Standards传送服务标准
                 To ensure all standards for Service Delivery as identified in the Guest Satisfaction Manual and the Standard Operating and Procedures Manual are consistently delivered throughout the department确保所有的服务标准都按照客人满意守则和标准执行程序守则里的内容准确的传到到部门。

4. Managing the operation运营管理
                 To plan, prioritise, organise and control the day-to-day operation计划，优先次序 组织和控制日常工作

5. Managing Sales 销售管理
                  To seek out and maximise departmental and hotel revenue opportunities寻找出可以让酒店取得最大收入的部门和机会

 6. Managing Financial Performance财务管理
