Major Responsibilities:
1. Lead PC&L planning team to achieve team objectives and deliver budget on Inventory cost.
2. Overall supervise customer demand/forecast, planning /inventory systems and co-work with logistics team to insure 100% on-time delivery for customers’ satisfaction.
3. Maintain good relationship with internal & external customers
4. People management and Development: PFT on time, specific targets, training needs identified, structure and personnel to support business needs.
5. Implement strong production control and lean kaizen: level scheduling, tracking schedule attainment, customer shipping window compliance, control of material movement and information flow.
6. Supervise inventory levels to meet/beat budget commitment and keep improvement in inventory turns. Weekly review of top 80% value items inventory status by category. Control and eliminate E&O in reasonable level.
7. Supervise components supplier delivery performance. Support on critical problems solving.
8. Participate MCIP & ERP system upgrade activities
Skills and Abilities/Qualification:
1. Bachelor Degree or above
2. Excellent English (oral and written). Other language is a plus
3. Strong Planning/organizing/analysis/couching skill
4. Strong computer application skill (Microsoft Office) and ERP skill
5. Strong leadership, interpersonal and motivation skills. Supervisory experience is preferred.
6. Self-motivated and result oriented, with team work sprit.
7. Can work under high dynamic, pressure and challenge environment
8. APICS knowledge and CPIM certificates is a bonus
Experience:
9. Experience in Auto industry
10. Good experience with planning process improvement
11. Experience with MS Office tools (word, excel, ppt etc.)
