Position Summary
Define the Nutrition BUs (Wyeth, NIN, NHS) talent acquisition strategy and ensure alignment with business goals and the overall talent management strategy in the market. Lead and develop a team of talent acquisition professionals to design and execute the talent acquisition strategy in the regions, defining objectives and relevant measures. Accountable for ensuring status as an employer of choice and the delivery of a high quality and cost effective supply of external talent across various Nestlé entities and functions.
A day in the life of...
Design and Execute Regional Talent Acquisition strategy: Drive the creation, execution and alignment of the Nutrition BUs talent acquisition strategy with Nutrition talent strategy and the Corporate Talent Acquisition strategy. Partner with HO Talent Acquisition team and Regional Talent Acquisition team to build resource planning activity and determine required resources at NiM level to execute. Utilize reporting and analytics from systems to measure activity and performance.
Engage Senior leaders and HR colleagues: Define and record functional and business talent acquisition strategies. Support and provide expertise to senior management and Global/Local HR Managers when conducting critical search activity.
Demonstrate leadership qualities to guide and facilitate the success of individual team members throughout the function. Encourage an open and unified method of working within the talent acquisition team by utilizing coaching methodology. Engage team members to determine their short-mid term career goals and identify development opportunities.
Deliver End to End Recruitment for Wyeth, NIN, and NHS (HO + Regional Sales): To manage and deliver high quality talent into the business including: Strategic alignment meeting with line manager on sourcing and attraction strategy, identify and agree competencies required, ensure effective screening and interview process, coach line manager selection. Partner with the TA partners/3rd parties to enable talent pipelining. Provide insights to define and adjust on Recruitment Marketing strategy. (scope in snapshot on the right)
Employer of choice: Develop the internal understanding of our employer brand, ensuring consistency of communication from hiring managers to candidates across the market, partnering with T&L to establish training courses. Partner with market CoC optimizing the use of digital and social media channels to source high quality talent and position Nestlé (or business entity) as an employer of choice.
Develop, implement and penetrate promoting channels for Pharmaceutical specific areas.
GCR Talent Acquisition Alignment: Ensure the execution of GCR strategy to nutrition businesses and develop pharma business specific actions in partnership with the NiM CoC team. Provide visibility to the NiM CoC TA on TA challenges and realities.
Graduate and Apprenticeship. Partner with Universities and other educational establishments to position Nestlé as a leading employer of choice in the pharmaceutical areas for highly capable students.

? Experience working with technological providers (ATS providers, various Social Media platforms, other digital sourcing channels) for recruiting purposes
? Prior experience within the recruiting industry, ideally gained by experience within both recruitment agencies (or RPO) and in-house talent acquisition functions within a multinational organisation, pharma/nutrition industry experience is preferred
? Management of suppliers from the Executive search industry
? Worked within a Matrix environment; achieving results through effective influencing and collaborating
