  • 5 years' working experience in marketing, Trade Marketing or Sales of MNC preferable in FMCG company.
  • Understanding of Food&Beverages/FMCG business, consumer/shopper needs and buying pattern, trade and channel Marketing.
  • Positive thinking,high degree of self motivation,persistent and result orientated.
Position Summary
  • Based on local market and consumer insights as well as aligned with national CCSD strategy to build up and execute effective activation, promotion and consumer activities in different channels of IC category to ensure high ROI of all marketing expenses, maket penetration, and sales target achievement.
A day in the life of...
  • Build up Regional Ice Cream channel and categroy development strategy, policy, execution process, mangement criteria.
  • Develop Regional Customer development strategy and business plan in different channels, including customer selection, contract, negotiation, promotion execution and evalution ROI.
  • Develop effective promotion plan and marketing activities based on channel and shopper insights in different channels and areas.
  • Ensure all marketing activities are executed effectively by sales teams in all areas.
  • Manage and allocate PTE effectively and ensure the ROI on different channel is reasonable. Establish Efficient/Transparent/Fair resource allocation principles within the region and implement them strictly.
  • Customize and make the POSM based on the different market needs to drive the sales achievement.
  • Build up the knowledge pool on channels, train and coach sales team to improve the channel knowledge and skill to improve sales performance.
  • Analyze market data to understand market trend and competitors sales in key cities and channels to improve our performance.
