职位描述
负责工厂设备设施的临时性维修和预防性维护作业，组织实施维修计划，确保设备的正常运行。
（一）设备维护工作（权重70%）
1. 制定设备(设施设备和生产设备)预防性维护计划，落实维修任务的执行
2. 跟进各部门提出的维修工单，统计维修工单关闭情况
3. 组织设备临时性维修和突发性故障抢修
4. 开展设备的日常点检、清洁和清扫，监督点检清洁制度的执行
5. 监督把关备品备件和材料的申购，控制质量和成本
6. 管理备件/材料/工具仓库，监督执行备件/材料/工具的日常领用登记
7. 管理维修车间的日常5S，监督和保持维修车间的整洁
8. 优化、改进设备及维修方法，解决设备反复出现的疑难故障
9. 制定并定期更新设备的运行维护程序和作业指导书
10. 建立设备台账，做好维护/测试/校验等记录，保存有关的设备资料/记录/单据
11. 配合部门新建、改造、优化等项目的实施
12. 监控和跟进外包项目的实施和验收
13. 查找并及时报告安全隐患，提出有关安全、成本、可靠性等方面的改善建议
14. 参与安全巡检，落实安全隐患的整改，改善设备、环境的安全
15. 负责部门日常安全管理，协助公司环境、健康、安全管理
16. 协助对外来施工承包商进行管理
（二）人员管理，团队建设（权重20%）
1. 安排团队成员的日常工作任务
2. 管理考核团队成员的日常行为表现
3. 组织培训团队成员，开展团队动，配合公司开展各种培训和活动
（三）其它（权重10%）
完成上级主管交付的临时工作任务
岗位要求：
· 大专及以上学历；
· 5年以上设施设备维修工作经验，精通常见的工厂厂务设备设施，能独立分析并解决设备故障；
· 具有较强组织协调能力，较强的服务意识和团队合作精神。

Currently there 2000 employees in the plant, and the product is focused on the manufacturing of costume for world famous fashion doll Barbie and Monster High.
