Job Duties:

A member of a Project Zone construction management team, lead by a Project Manager to work on the following responsibilities:

lead a Project Zone for project construction management
领导一个项目为工程建设管理
demonstrate how the project construction can be delivered (tasks and programme).
演示如何交付项目建设（任务和计划）
identify and manage project risks.
识别和管理项目风险
assignment of project staff responsibilities and the engagement of outside services where necessary and approved by the Project Director.
经项目负责人批准，在必要时参与项目人员分配责任和外部服务
change control.
更改控制
assure technical/professional quality of work.
技术/专业质量的保证工作。
conduct teams review meetings and follow up on actions required.
进行团队评审会议,跟进行动。
conduct key project construction coordination, control and progress meetings with consultants and contractors.
与顾问和承包商进行重点项目建设协调、控制和进度会议
organize timely completion of deliverables.
组织及时完成交付。
reporting to Client; compile monthly project progress reports.
向客户报告,编制月度项目进展报告。
maintain project records.
维护项目记录。
review state of project with its Manager at monthly project control meetings and 　　　　follow up on actions as necessary.
审查项目经理的月度项目控制会议,跟进行动。
checking sub-consultants' conformance with the Project Plan of Work and procedures.
检查盛邦的咨询顾问是否符合项目计划工作和过程。
review and administer contractor’s submissions.
审查和管理承包商的提交。
arranging and responding to quality audits.
安排和应对审计质量。
in association with QS consultant, administer construction and supply contracts; 　　　　　issue instruction and make certification accordingly to contracts requirements.
与QS协会顾问, 建设管理和供应合同,问题教字,使符合相应的认证合同的要求。
develop a strong relationship with Client.
与客户建立一个强大的关系。
observe Company’s Quality Plan, Procedures and Directives.
检查公司的质量计划、程序和指令。
observe Company’s Health, Safety & Environmental requirements.
监督公司的健康、安全与环境要求。
any other task its Manager may assign.
经理可能分配其他任务。
