DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Lead key functions in Reagent and Instrument Operations, Quality, Facilities and EHS.

2. Lead and facilitate all functions within site to achieve business and operational objectives.

3. Champion design transfer of NPIs from R&D using PACE.

4. Champion Lean Manufacturing as well as 6 Sigma methodologies across functions.

5. Responsible for overall Site costs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATION:

1. Academic degree in Bio-Medical, Engineering or Science, master and above preferred;

2. At least 10 years operational experience in an operations management position leading functions in manufacturing, supply chain, engineering and quality;

3. Good command of English both in writing and speaking
