职位描述：
Responsibilities
1. Have deep knowledge of labor law and relevant employment policies. Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, policies, etc., in daily work. Provide professional advices to business departments and company management.
2. Implement company policies into employee handbook and other company HR policies. Well maintain and file the policies.
3. Interpret policies to employee. Listen to and understand employee needs. Advise management to develop necessary policy or optimize existing policy.
4. Responsible for talent search and recruitment. Screen and provide potential candidate; arrange interview; organize employment process, new hire orientation, etc.
5. Responsible for exit interviews and analysis. Support internal people movement and Employee Relations
6. Collect attendance data. Basing on working schedule system of individual, timely calculate overtime, monthly bonus, allowance, social security, etc. payroll relates.
7. Assist department managers to carry out employee performance appraisal.
8. Plan and implement training to develop employee capability.
9. Organize team building, etc. and events to improve morale and develop company culture
10. Propose and implement training, event, etc. HR budget
11. Assist work permit and visa for foreign employees and oversea business visa application for Chinese;
12. Communicate and co-work with external service suppliers to fulfill HR requirements in efficient and effective way
13. Performs other tasks assigned by Supervisor.

  Required Qualifications:
1. Minimum 5 years related HR operation experience
2. Bachelor degree in business administration, HR and related field
3. Good knowledge of China Employment laws and regulations/tax and social security and relevant policies
4. Strong execution in policy / regulation implementation as well as mindset to support business development
5. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
6. Willing work in ChuanSha Town, Pudong New Area.
