主要职责：

进行新的投资或对现有设施进行改造，以提高产品质量和生产安全性，以及生产能力。
1、 项目工作。
项目调查和可行性研究。
根据生产工艺和使用人的要求，制定不同的技术方案，比较不同的方案以确定最终实施方案。
作详细设计，讨论和审查设计，并与政府相关部门协调。
作项目预算，交上级审批。
咨询供应商进行设备选型、询价、谈判并确定最终合同。
作施工方案，编制工程进度表，跟踪施工过程，检查施工质量、进度及施工安全。
项目验收，准备所有施工图纸和存档文件。
2、 管理工作
组织安排下属实施项目，实施过程中与下属讨论解决出现的问题，给予必要的支持和指导。
阶段性检查下属的工作进展和质量。
组织下属学习提高技术和技能水平。
其它日常管理。

任职要求：

1.本科以上学历，化工工艺 \ 公民建 \ 机械 \ 电议或其他相关专业；

2.丰富的管理经验，5年以上外企或工程公司经验；

3.英语听说读写流利，计算机应用熟练（Office/ Autocad）.

Project manager
Main Responsibilities:
1. Project implementation from early stages to completion
· Participate to Project permitting
· Based on production process and user’s requirements, work out different technical proposals, to compare, check with concerned people and select final one. Closely works with support teams from France
·Supervise detailed design by in-house engineering and/or Design Institute, discuss and coordinate with other departments as well as local authorities
· Prepare estimated budget and hand over for approval,· Contact with potential supplier for construction, equipment, get quotation and negotiation together with purchasing dept. for final contract.
· Prepare project implementation plan, ensure the coordination, prepare cost control and schedule sheet, follow up implementation works and supervise safety, quality and progress of the work.
· Make acceptance of project, and organize filing of all finalized drawings and document
2. Management
· Organize and arrange the project works with the project team, discuss and solve the problems appeared in the implementation, provide necessary guidance and support.
· Periodically check the quality and progress of planned works.
· Training to the staff for improvement of their technical skills.
· Other routine management works.

Qualification:
· Bachelor degree or above;
· Major in Chemical Process/civil engineering/Mechanical/EIA or relative specialty;
· Rich project management experience, 5 years working in foreign company or engineering;
· Fluent English and good computer skill(familiar with Office\Autocad).
