Major Accountabilities主要职责
· Manage monthly financial closing together with all plant finance and other operation funcions, monitor and review on a monthly basis.
与工厂财务和其他相关运作部门一起负责财务月度关账工作，每月监督并回顾。
· Interpret operating results and communicate the results to management, And complete all periodic financial reports to management on time and accurately.
向管理层解释沟通运营结果，为管理层及时准确地完成所有期间财务报告。
· Assist site head to do finance analysis for potential business opportunities
协助工厂生产技术总监对潜在的业务机会进行财务分析。
· Support Head of International –Third Party Operations in business strategy development.
budgeting, performance management and pricing analysis.
支持全球第三方运作总监制定业务战略发展计划、预算、业绩管理和产品定价分析。
· Support a KPI reporting system to provide the business with meaningful metrics that will drive continuous improvement.
运作KPI汇报系统支持业务增长，运用有效的指标推进业务的可持续发展。
· Establish a sound working relationship with system owners and business process owners. 与系统用户和业务流程用户建立良好的工作关系。
· Collaborates with business partners to investigate requirements and problems and to seek effective business solutions through improvements in data management processes and procedures.
与业务合作伙伴合作调查问题和了解需求，通过提高数据管理流程和程序寻找有效的业务解决方案。
· Work to solve the highest impact, most challenging problems facing the group as well as support planning for future growth.
帮助工厂团队解决最具挑战和影响最大的问题，为未来的业务增长提供财务支持。
· Support the overall business management process for the region ( e.g. champion the regional scorecard )
为亚太地区提供总体的业务管理流程（例如：亚太指标评分提升）。
· As Information Manager, gather and record key information needed to manage the NEM case and ensure this information is available to the NEM team in a clear and concise form
在NEM组织里作为信息经理，收集、记录NEM情况发生时的所有关键信息，确保这些信息能被NEM团队清晰简明地获知。
· Act as BCPT member /Finance BC coordinator, responsible for leading the BCP of Finance department.
作为BCPT成员/财务部的BC协调员，负责领导财务部的持续业务计划（BCP）。
Background 背景
Education教育 : Bachelor Degree in Business or Accounting 商务或财务专业本科学历。
Languages语言: Fluent English 英语流利
Experience经验: 8 years of cost accounting / financial experience in a manufacturing , plant environment preferably in a multinational company
