职位描述：
Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Work with other sections within the company to provide good service.
2. Coordinate and monitor the certification project status according to defined procedures and standards
3. Summarize and monitor overall certification projects progress
4. Conduct manufacturer facility approval and Lab Assessment
5. Ensure Maintaining Part Quality of Certified Parts through random product validation and process documents check
6. Conduct in-house test and witness test on manufacturer site.
7. Train testing engineer and inspector before start test and inspection.
8. Review and approve the audit & test &inspection report
9. Register certified part number &Name and manufacturer name
10. Issue Final CAMRAS certificate
11. Handle customer enquiry in a prompt and responsive manner.
12. Assistant CS to handle subcontract test contract and monitor the progress.
13. Perform other job related assignments as required.

Requirements :

1. University degree in engineering or science discipline.
2. At least five years work experiences, include three years quality management experience and two years automotive industrial experience.
3. Understanding TS16949 or ISO17025 requirements
4. Understanding APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, Control Plan and GD&T etc.
5. Be Familiar with factory audit
6. Be Familiar with relative automotive test standard, include GB, QC/T, SAE, ASTM, ASME and relative OEM standard.
7. Be familiar with product technology, such as auto exterior parts, metal parts, plastic parts, welding parts, electronic and surface treatment parts.
8. Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written (English).
9. Ability to travel via car and airplane and for overnight duration’s. 举报 分享
