Accountabilities and responsibilities:
To ensure all relevant requested meetings by both the RD and Market Director Main land China are booked and supported
To manage all requested arrangements on transportation and to keep records
To arrange for all international travel arrangement for office staff-booking of all air tickets, hotel reservation & etc. and to communicate them to the requesting party
Responsible to ensure all equipment in the meeting rooms are in good condition and to maintain the conference rooms’ booking and schedule.
To ensure pantry are well stock & to replenish stocks when it is running low
To ensure office stationery supplies are always available (keep records, safekeeping of stationaries and replenish stocks when necessary)
To provide secretarial support to both RD and Market Director Mainland China
To supervise the office cleaning lady
To be the liaison person on all aspects dealing with landlords and building management for all CIMA offices
To assist in organizing company staff events and staff recreation activities.
To assist with staff insurance submission with regards to claims.
To possess and submit monthly claims of both RD and Market DirectorAssist in HR related works; including coordinating interviews, keeping HR related record, etc.
Support HR manager to maintain and monitor of HR system;
Maintenance of time and local attendance system and to submit monthly attendance report
To provide assistant in all logistic and administration aspects for both North Asia Regional Board and Mainland China Advisory Group under the guidance of both boards’ secretary.
Management of IT works with the effective communications with Regional IT staff remotely. To keep office IT related devices and facilities in good order.
Assist the Head of Customer Experience on local campaigns to meet the customer satisfaction
Assist the customer service team to organize CIMA T4 exam in China and to also act as exam centre supervisor as and when assigned.
To assist in handling suppliers on order placing, receiving of order and storing of goods received.
And any other reasonable duties as may be required by RD

Key skills and abilities:
Ability to act professionally and deal with people at all levels with high personal integrity and flexibility
Good written and communication skills in both Chinese and English
Possesses good telephone etiquette
Ability to work under pressure
Self-motivated and proactive approach, able to use own initiative without supervision
A positive attitude towards learning, development and change
A team player
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Qualifications and experience:
Possesses a Bachelor degree with a minimum of 2 years of working experience
Excellent command of communication and written English
Proficient in MS Office
