职位描述：

Accountabilities and responsibilities:
To work closely with the Head of Core Markets on all business development activities including follow up activities with employers for the region of East China.
To meet personal and team goals and to oversee their training and development
To devise development plans with major employers/university partners and secure agreements to recruit and or train CIMA students and members and generate sales of CIMA’s products and services.
To pitch to potential employers (including CEOs, CFOs, HR directors and Finance Controllers) and university partner, through understanding of their key business issues and how CIMA will add value to their organisation, with the aim of recruiting students and growing members.
To devise student recruitment activity designed to maximise student numbers and to deliver student numbers to target.
To network potential customers and work with them to research customer requirements, with the aim of recruiting students and growing members.
To sell to students the benefits of gaining CIMA membership.
To work with the Head of Core Markets to deliver the market development plans; working across the organisation as necessary.
To work across CIMA to ensure that CIMA attracts international students studying accounting in the region.
To review and maintain the top accounts list.
To utilise CRMS for pipeline reporting and to share employer information.
Promote CIMA to potential students
Ensure CIMA is the qualification of choice for students seeking a career in business.
Engage careers services of universities, FE colleges and schools to raise CIMA’s profile and establish CIMA as the qualification of choice for a career in business.

Key skills and abilities:
The ability to inspire and lead a sales team.
The ability to deploy a range of communication skills such as diplomacy, active listening, clear articulation.
The ability to present through engaging, influencing and selling to employers and students.
The ability to develop and implement solution involving teams from across CIMA and third parties.
Excellent presentation skills

Qualifications and experience:
Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Education or business management／HR／Finance related.
Experience of selling “careers” to students in a university or employer environment.
Proven high level consultative sales experience.
Experience in business development; able to point to achievements in securing new business and developing business relationships.
Experiences and skills in leading sales team to achieve challenging team target.
