2、两年以上商业店铺招商管理工作经验；
3、了解商业店铺招商及运营管理，比较熟悉商业的市场定位、项目分析、招商策划管理，熟练操作PPT及CAD等办公软件；
4、有良好的服务意识和优秀的团队管理、统筹协调、学习能力；
5、较强的沟通能力；
