职位描述：
Responsibilities:
Customer Interface:
Key customer contact for the defined customer concerning all warranty and zero mileage claims
Coordination of customer oriented approach & communication
Collection & analysis of warranty cost and returned parts
Customer Care:
Receiving of the claim information and timely communication KB internally to production location (CoC if necessary) in order to timely collect evidence & technical information for customer feedback (accepted or rejected)
Documentation of the customer claims and first investigation/initiation of the problem solving process with cross functional team (corresponding PQE; Application Engineer, SQD, IE, Production etc.)
Creation & Coordination of a qualified 8D Report or KB Internal Risk Assessment report for submission to the customer as request
Coordinate return of customer claimed parts at Dalian Plant
Coordination of the meetings to solve the claims and follow up the progress
Deployment of internal lessons learned for the claims
Main Support for creation or risk assessment (if necessary with CoC) and follow up
Find solution concerning testing analysis of failed ADB
Reporting/Controlling:
Reporting of Customer Related KPI’s (Zero Mileage, Warranty)
Implement monthly physical returned parts analysis reports
Summarize monthly the customer issues & serious claims and report to Quality Manager and customer quality supervisor as request
Fulfill additional tasks are defined by Quality Manager and Customer quality supervisor in case of necessity
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in mechanical major or related
Min. 5 years quality assurance experience in automotive industry
Knowledge of automotive application technology (chassis technology is excellent)
Quality and Customer Standards of automotive industry (ISO/TS 16949)
Knowledge of Quality Assurance processes
