Applied Materials’ APG (factory solution software group) seeks to hire a Quality systems Engineer to represent our Quality solutions to customers and lead the deployment on site. A successful candidate will have experience in deployment of semiconductor quality systems including SPC, Electrical Test and quality management solutions. Responsibilities include guiding customers to optimize their SPC configuration to meet modern standards, understanding the use cases for SPC violation disposition. Successful candidates will have the ability to understand module OCAP standards for SPC. They will interface directly with the customer and with solution management, product management and development at Applied Materials. This person will have the responsibility of providing regional pre-sales support which includes customer demos and requirement gathering to work with the solution architect. This person will also travel to the US to interface with solution management.
 
Special Requirements ? Candidate must be fluent in English and Mandarin
? Minimum of 2 year experience as a module engineer in a semiconductor fab with a minimum of 8 years of total work experience.
? Understanding of quality systems practices in a fab.
? Must have understanding of basic to Intermediate statistics.
? Preferred major in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Science with solid understanding of factory automation systems.
? Six Sigma Green or Black Belt a plus.
? Experience programming one advanced language.
? Strong logical and systems thinking skills, ability to see the "big picture" when developing and recommending solutions to users
? Understanding of key manufacturing science concepts (eg Theory of Constraints, Just-in-time, Lean, Pull/Push systems, production planning and scheduling systems) to sustain factory dispatching and automation policies
? Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, and presentation skills
? Communicate well with all levels of management and colleagues
? Understand complex factory CIM systems and human interactions
? Minimum 8 years of deployment and or factory experience.
? Working knowledge of databases and use of SQL for data collection & manipulation
? Working knowledge of scripting ,programming languages and design of user interfaces
? Project management skills with ability to lead/ contribute in multiple projects concurrently
? Ability to meet deadlines and commitments
? International and domestic travel required
? Industrial Engineering degree or equivalent engineering discipline required ( electrical, chemical, mechanical). 举报 分享
