职位描述：
主要工作目的Main Purpose of the job:
负责生产质量管理
Production Quality
主要工作Main missions:
组织Organization
1、生产质量相关模块直接向质量经理报告Management report to Quality Manager
2、接受管理现场质量技术员和实验室人员汇报 Manage process quality technician and Lab members.
现场质量 Production Quality
1、带领生产质量团队对生产部进行7QB培训，并按照计划对生产部进行7QB审核，监督生产部有效执行7QB；
Leading production quality team to do 7QB training to UAP,do audit to them according to plan,monitor UAP to implement 7QB effectively；
2、组织每日报废回顾，推动相关部门确定每周每月的TOP 3报废问题并进行改善；
Organizing scrap daily review,push related departments to do improvement to top3 scrap problem；
3、 带领生产质量团队按照FES QSE模块推动生产部实施质量改善行动；
Leading production quality team to push UAP doing quality implement action according to FES QSE rules
4、主导每周每月质量会议，确定每月主要需要改善的问题；
To confirm monthly main problems which need to be improved, master the quality meeting；
5、参与Line\UAP\Plant QRCI回顾，履行所分配的任务；培训、监督QRCI工具的运用；
To participant review of Line\UAP\Plant QRCI，perform task due QRCI review, training and monitor QRCI tools implementation；
6、建立并指导内部实验室的工作，并对内部实验标准和报告进行确认；协调外部实验室和试验任务；
To establish and coach to internal lab ， verify test standard & report ,coordinate external lab and test task;
7、负责按照集团或工厂产品SR特性的标准监督UAP实施；
In change for S/R standard implementation by UAP according to group rules and product S/R characteristics;
8、负责VAVE项目的内部及委外实验进度；
Responsible for interior and exterior testing status of VAVE
9、负责生产质量团队人员的发展计划；
Responsible for production quality team development。

2、和HSE合作实施HSE培训
Cooperate with HSE coordinator to implement HSE training
3、确保与直属经理和内部顾客沟通的透明性和及时性
Ensure transparent timely communication with N+1 Manager and internal customers
4、协调公司内部改进质量
Cooperate with other department to improve Quality
5、部门内其他员工不在时，顶岗
Replace other staff’s job when he/she is absent or busy
6、直属经理交给的其他临时工作

东风佛吉亚内饰主要业务领域涵盖仪表板/副仪表板、门护板、隔音降噪零件、双色高光内外饰注塑件及中大注塑件。主要为神龙汽车、东风本田、东风乘用车及其它主机厂提供配套服务。新厂区于2016年8月迁入，座落在武汉经济技术开发区后观湖大道上，占地约33000㎡，毗邻神龙三厂及东风乘用车公司，拥有独立的研发中心及实验室，现有员工200余人。
