JOB SUMMARY 岗位工作概述
To be accountable for the supplier quality management and incoming material abnormal handling, conducting supplier investigation, review and assessment, improvement follow-up, prototype verification and approval to make sure the suppliers are adequate, permitted, qualified to provide their products and services to Embest and subcontractors.
 
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 主要工作职责
?Be responsible for supplier selection, appraisal, audit and management in line with company policies, procedures and requirements
?Make annual supplier audit plan, audit supplier by regular overall quality assurance system, delivery capability for program launch and process for prototyping, new launch and ECN challenges and follow up the AVL supplier improvement and corrective actions.
?Build and train up the QC team to enhance the inspection knowledge and skills to fulfill the material, semi-finished and finished goods quality conformance and inspection effective.
?Initiate MRB review meeting and process on incoming issues and follow up supplier corrective/preventative actions with official CAR/8D.
?Follow up the ECN and any changes notice’s implementation in supplier side.
?Report the suppliers’ performance to company regularly to review and make decisions in supply chain; provide the constructive suggestions on supplier selections.

QUALIFICATIONS: 任职资格
?Proven ability and performance record in supplier and program quality control and improvement activities
?Strong problem analysis, resolving and handling abilities
?Good English language skills in verbal, comprehension and writing
?Good negotiation and communication skills
?Familiar with electronics parts, PCB and packing material, EMS processing engineering and quality standards
?College degree in electronics or engineering discipline
?Minimum of 5 years’ experience in , electronics industries and supply chain quality management
?Willing to travel for business and solve the problems on different supplier site.
?Flexible and adaptable attitude.
?Strong leadership and executive
