职位描述：
1) Manage the financial system, oversee the continuous improvement of accounting and financial processes and the development of the team with the goal to achieve best practices and optimal output;
2) Develop and oversee accounting policies and procedures to meet company business needs;
3) Prepare the financial reports to Finance Director and GM, to headquarters;
4) Present monthly and year to date financials with accompanying analysis of results;
5) Cash and risk management;
6) Analysis on inventory, manufacturing, sales and costing;
7) Conduct management report, budgeting and forecasting
8) Implement the necessary financial tools, procedures and infrastructure supporting the execution of the financial objectives of the site.
9) Implement the management control system for measurement of the KPI’s of the site.
10) Control all the financials associated with the site and recommend corrective management measures targeted at securing the overall performance of the site.
11) Responsible for credit control and cash flow monitoring
12) Maintain and establish internal financial control disciplines and compliances
13) Formulate, review and develop the internal control procedures and policies of the factory operations;
14) Liaise with external auditors, bankers, legal and tax advisers;
15) Provide coaching, guidance and support, set professional development plans to assist team members to reach their full potential through the performance management process. 举报 分享
