职位描述：
Key responsibilities:
Delivering DFSS (Design for Six Sigma) Green Belt, Black Belt or champion training for industrial clients
Coaching and mentoring to clients‘ DFSS Green Belt and Black Belt candidates
Partnering with client sponsors to support, lead, and drive engineering excellence projects and other related Design Innovation initiatives
Consulting on the leadership and management of change initiatives, communications, training and other support programs that will effectively prepare client staff to perform optimally
Development, execution and maintenance of the project work plan and budget

Requirements
At least 5 years of working experience in 6 sigma project management in multi - national manufacturing field, experience with Automotive industry would be an Advantage
Strong background in risk management within complex commercial products and systems environment
Good knowledge in Six-sigma, FMEA, DOE, TRIZ, Taguchi, QFD, design reviews, modulling, failure analysis
With Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from a reputable organization
Coaching knowledge of DFSS, Set Based Designs, Reliability Tools & Techniques, etc
