该岗位涉及钢板铣削价加工，设备保养，同时要学习钻床操作，能在不同工种之间轮岗作业。

要求：
1.职高以上学历，能理解图纸、工艺技术要求
2.能设计机加工的工装
3.有数控铣床相关编程和机加工工艺经验
4.熟练使用常用量具
5.会直角三角形、锥度、斜度的计算及公英制换算
6.有钻床经验者优先考虑

工作内容：
1.按照生产工单及图纸编写加工程序。
2.按照生产单上的产品零件名称、型号、规格、数量，准备好量具、刀具，做好加工前准备
3.产前设备检查，对刀,润滑系统维护，工艺参数的设定；
4.驾驶行车和叉车, 装卸吊运物料,并做好物料分类和标识.
5.负责保管、保养机床附件和工夹具
6.能测量、检查自加工零件质量，分析一般废品产生的原因，并采取预防措施
7.正确填写交换班记录、领料单、报工单等
8.愿意学习钻床操作,并愿意轮岗.
