负责对电话销售人员进行培训与指导,鼓舞团队士气,认可销售人员的努力,定期评估电话销售人员的工作表现,处理客户异议及投诉,保证团队的销售按计划,程序顺利进行,领导团队完成销售目标。定期向领导提交业务分析报告,包括客户分析、销售策略效果与建议等。
Requirements:
? Lead and Coach the Internal Sales team to deliver the target revenue set for your Area
o Coach them to develop clear pipeline plan for each month, clearly define the strategy to focus on portfolio customers, lapsing customers, and new customers. Work closely with Field Sales to align the plan
o Clear plan how to achieve and obtain more quotations for the Area, and how to achieve quotation target
o Clear plan how to achieve target set for campaign and marketing activities
o How to use discount to achieve target
? Lead and Coach Customer Services team
o Follow up on all After Sales activities to support Sales team and customers – this includes lead time, open orders, goods returns and payment enquiries
o Develop the team to have strong knowledge about the customers esp Porfolio customers and understand the best approach to support the customers and the territory
o Develop their skillset to go beyond a customer services competency. Develop their skillset to be able to support Internal Sales during their absence.
Essential:
? Sales Driven and Business Acumen
Sales target driven and has the calibre to work with the team to drive new sales as well as maintain existing customers portfolio.
? Developing and coaching
Coach and develop the team on how to improve on their performance, or how to structure and solve problems related to their work and relationships with others. Inspires them to commit to continuous self-development.
Provides instructions and explains by positive modelling in order to help others develop skills
? Communication Skills
Lead/facilitates department meetings and discussions effectively. Keeps people well informed of key issues impacting the business, and explains complex concepts and information in a way that influences the behaviour of others constructively
