职位描述：
主要职责是Responsible for:
· 遵守SAP 录入流程，保证数据记录的及时、准确、 真实和有效，确保7IB 的实施和改进
Follow the SAP procedure, ensure the accuracy, validity and timing of data, implement and improve 7IB.
主要任务Main missions:
单据跟踪及录入系统 Document Management & Data key-in SAP

及时将所有的货物移动录入SAP
Key in all the transactions into SAP on time

按物料主管的要求追踪库存的移动，按要求定期导出报表
Tracing the inventory movement and extract report as the requirement of material supervisor

检查生产(FG & WIP)报产的合理性
Check the rationality of production report

核对发货清单和客户结算信息
Check the Finish Goods Delivery bill with customer feedback information
快速反应 Quick Response

及时反馈异常数据状况
Raise up any abnormal data situation
质量职责 Quality Responsibilities

操作严格按照作业标准书进行工作
Operate accurately in the lead of work instruction

负责相关文档记录的归档保存及工作区域的5S
Keep records in file and “5S” on worksite
其他任务 Other and specific missions

确保遵守公司HSE 的各项规章制度Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations

与直接主管和内部客户进行有效的，及时的沟通
Ensure transparent and timely communication with N+1 manager and internal customers

直属经理交给的其他临时任务 Other temporary task arranged by line manager
岗位任职资格要求Qualifications :
· 高中或以上学历 High school or above
· 熟练使用Excel, word 等办公软件 Skilled in MS Excel, word and etc.
· SAP 系统的使用及收发存逻辑的理解 SAP System usage and understanding of the logic of receiving, delivery and
ending
· BOM 的了解 BOM understanding
· 有计算机或办公系统软件通级证书为佳Passed computer or office system software certification is better
· 积极、主动、塌实、仔细；有较强责任心；有较强团队合作意识
