This position is for Tenneco Beijing plant


Requirements:



1. Bachelor degree or above. MBA is a plus.

2. Minimum 8 years business background in Auto industry in China with 5 years OE Sales in Auto industry is necessary. Being familiar with auto market, esp. passengers vehicles.

3. Excellent English both oral and written, German is a plus. Program Management knowledge.

4. Work under pressure.

5. Adapt to frequent travel.



Responsibilities:


1. Be responsible for Ride Control business in China, and for marketing exploration;

2. lead all Marketing & Sales activities which should be in line with company business strategy, in terms of customer satisfaction, business maintaining and financial return; Be a key contact and participate into Tenneco Global RC OE sales by representing China;

3. Be Sales Group Leader, following Marketing Strategy made for Tenneco China Beijing RC Plant; Using analytical tools and integrating with other functional and regional office, then, developing Battle Plan and triggering supporting relative activities for assigned customer activities.

4. Conduct needs-based segmentation based on voice of customer and knowledge of China's markets and customers. Conducting competitive analysis and develop product planning recommendations. Manage staff to achieve company goals. Work with FEA, CFD and test engineering to submit products mechanical, hydraulic development report.

5. Develop pricing strategy, financial return understanding and cost analyzing ability is necessary. Establish OEM commercial agreements and manage customer-facing aspects of all phase from company introduction to significant bidding negotiation. Mechanical prototype making and follow up.

6. Act as key member for potential partnership negotiations. Billing customer, DSO is the key to be responsible. Conducting open public speech to comfort and convince customer. Monitoring periodical OE sales activities and supporting all customer related activities.
