工作职责：

• 根据客户提供的职位，确定人才寻访方向，针对目标职位进行有效的甄选和推荐，寻找适合该职位的候选人；
• 与潜在候选人沟通，分析其与客户职位的匹配度，并对候选人进行基本筛选；
• 对基本符合条件的候选人进行电话面试甄选，并推荐给顾问；
• 整理和汉译英笔译人才寻访报告，收集人才信息，逐渐熟悉猎头服务工作；
• 协助顾问进行人才推荐报告的整理、翻译；
• 对成功入职的候选人进行背景调查，并定期与之联系，了解其工作情况，在可能的情况下给予帮助；

任职要求：

• 英语专业或理工科(机械，材料学优先考虑）等相关专业，211本科以上学历；
• 理工科要求CET-6，读写熟练；英语专业要求8级，口语熟练。
• 3年以上工作经验，至少要有1年以上的电话销售经验，欧美公司招聘经验，机械制造实际工作经验或机械类猎头服务经验最佳；
• 善于电话沟通，有谈判经验，良好的洞察力和问题分析能力；
• 条理清晰，思维敏捷；
• 工作主动、积极，良好的职业道德、能承受压力大的工作环境；
• 熟练掌握MS-office等办公软件。
