Plant Manager
Qualifications:
1. 30~45 years old, with good health.
2. Good skill in English speaking and writing.
3. Engineering background
4. At least 4~5 years experience in production management; with quality or supply-chain management experience will be better.
5. Must having work experience in foreign company.
6. Must having work experience in Automobile industry.
7. Proficient in ERP operating.
8. Possess excellent interpersonal skills. Be dynamic and open to new ideas.
Main Activities:
- Directing, organizing, staffing and controlling the quality, production, supply chain, HR, maintenance.
- Ensuring that the site is operating within PRC and local safety and environmental regulations and constraints.
- Ensuring that the site is operating within the financial boundaries set forth in the site budget.
- Providing the systems and means required to continuously improve employee motivation, training and skills.
- Work as a team member with all plant managers in support of the corporate objectives.
- Provide the organization, systems and means to support Delfingen’s Quality Policy.
- Organize and provide the means for continuous Improvement in all phases or aspects of the business at the site level or at the corporate level as required.
- Assist in training new personnel to perform duties for which he/she is qualified to perform.
Work Environment:
- Office and Manufacturing Environment
- Manufacturing environment may be noisy, cold in winter.
- Sitting required 50% of the time, Standing/Walking required 50% of the time.
- Occasional squatting may occur.
- Must be able to lift up to ten pounds. Occasional pushing and pulling of ten pounds may occur.
