职位描述：
General Description

Responsible for e-Motor products especially electronic components development and customer applications, such as inverter, converter, resolver

Key Accountabilities

？ Be product design responsible for assigned components and applications
？ Work with design, development, sample build, validation and production launch teams in support of customer programs and organizational initiatives to improve quality and reduce cost
？ Represent BorgWarner at meetings and activities with customers and suppliers
？ Manage customer technical communication including application and design reviews
？ Ensure customer requirements are accurately communicated, understood, and addressed in the product design
？ Solve problems using disciplined & organized approach
？ Collect & communicate competitive intelligence
？ Collaborate across business functions to continually improve cost, quality and customer service
？ Document innovative / patentable ideas
？ Develop comprehensive test specifications for inverter, converter and resolver
？ Develop calibration process and procedure of various motor and inverter
？ Support validation team to develop DV&PV process

Qualifications & Requirements
？ Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Electronics, Electric Engineering or Automatization
？ At least 5 years of experience in developing electronics products, power electronics, calibration and vehicle applications
？ Proficient in embedded software development language
？ Good English both oral and reading
？ Technical understanding of electrical and mechanical aspects of EV&HEV vehicle system
？ Technical understanding of material selection, component design practices and DFMEA for electrical and mechanical components
？ Failure analysis and problem solving (electrical and mechanical components and systems)
？ Experience developing and commercializing products using a disciplined program management approach
？ Good teamwork and communication skills
？ Ability to clearly communicate technical material orally and in writing
？ Experienced in digital, analog and power electronics technologies 举报 分享
