Purpose of the Position:
？ IT Senior Analyst for Chongqing Plant

Day to Day Responsibilities:
？ Supporting manufacturing daily operation.
？ Business engagement & demand management.
？ Oversees personnel administration; establishes operational objectives and assignments, and delegates assignments to subordinates
？ Develops, tests, debugs S/W and/or H/W systems, components, tools and utilities required for the operation, maintenance and control of computer systems. At a high level, involved in the analysis, design, and development of computer systems.
？ Provides direction to lower level staff using established concepts, principles and techniques. Work is reviewed for soundness of judgment and overall quality and efficiency.
？ Maintain and improve manufacturing information system (include MES system ,Warehouse management system)
？ Trouble shutting and tracking root cause to manufacturing information system
？ Technique synchronization with division IT
？ User Requirement Research and Work Scope Define
？ Functional Specification Analysis and System Architecture Design
？ Develop programs for manufacturing and supporting to improve plant working efficiency
？ Technical management and risk management during project implementation
？ Maintain and improve IMS system Compliance with Corning IT policy

Project involved with:
？ BU project or IT project as assigned

Education & Experience
？ 5 or more years' experience managing and/or coordinating IT MES/ERP related applications, services, projects and/or operations
？ 10 or more years overall work experience
？ Preferred working knowledge and/or experience in Automotive or Manufacturing industry
？ Working knowledge and/or experience in one or more of the following business processed: Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, and/or Purchasing
？ Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis and modeling
？ Strong customer service orientation
？ Team player

Required Skills
？ MES system implementing experience is preferred- In-depth knowledge of Automation products & solutions.
？ Skilled with .Net, Java, C# and good development experience.
？ Familiar with Database (SQL Server, Oracle, PI)
？ Familiar with computers and networking.
？ Exceptional customer service and good communication skills.
？ Good listening, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills in local language and English.


Desired Skills
？ Project execution, including system specification, design, implementation, integration and deployment.
？ Design & develop software / hardware solutions.
？ Familiar with Middleware (MQ, Web logic).
？ Excellent knowledge of iFix, SCADA, SPC.
？ Project Experience in Automotive, Oil & Gas, petrochemical, Metal, Water, Energy.

Soft Skills
？ Candidate must possess problem-solving skills; attention to detail; IT Infrastructure operations experience; ability to effectively manage multiple priorities; strong interpersonal skills; strong communication and documentation skills; ability to work with minimal supervision; good at “Bad news first” having good constructive escalation skills; ability to work well within a team/collaborative environment. 举报 分享
