职位描述：
职责综述Summary of duties：
? Responsible for supervising the design and development of transmission systems.
? Responsible for the design and development of dual clutch and manual transmission mechanical HW and Electrical HW
? Responsible for the design section management.
? Support for project activities related to design.
? Support for development vision and strategy for the design section.
? Support to develop and implement a plan for building up resources (people, tools, processes, methodologies) and competences.
? Teach, coach and guide people for transmission design.
? Responsible to contribute of technical competence within GETRAG through teaching, technical support, and research activities.
? Represent the company to customers and the public as required.
? Budget control;
? Leading communication with EU design team;
任职要求Requirements：
? Excellent understanding of transmission developments and trends in the market
? Excellent working knowledge of DCT transmission design
? Ability to technically guide engineers
? Strong ability to build and enhance specific knowledge in DGT
? Drive for innovation and invention
? Good oral and written English
? Strategic thinking
? Ability to motivate and lead others
? Strong communication skills
? Good people/interpersonal skills
