职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Improve Machine Efficiencies
- Fault find and put preventative measures in place for all machines related operational issues.
- Develop and implement a program of establishing standard settings on all Spring Plant machinery.
- Assist with Operator Training as necessary.
- Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the automatic spring machine.

2. Participate in the CI Program.
- On time implementation of the CI plan.
- Project work follow up.
- Conduct production trials as required

3. Support Safety Program
- Ensuring the continuous delivery of optimal safety performance.
- Conduct / Coordinate Risk Assessments as per the Sealy Safety Manual.
- Conduct and follow-up work resulting from the Safety Audit.

4. Develop Quality System
- Ensure all products produced comply with the CGSM.
- Develop and maintain Springs Quality manuals, in conjunction with MFS.
- Ensure the Components related information in the CGSM is up to date, in conjunction with MFS.
- Ensure all paperwork, Jigs etc for the Quality System are up to date and available

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT –

- Bachelor degree, Majored in Mechanical & Electrical , Integration of mechanics & electrics or Automation
- At least 3-year experience in mechanical design technology or tooling, production design
- Be familiar with Solidworks or AutoCAD design software;
- Knowledgeable of tooling and process (injection molding, die casting, and etc.);
- Knowledge of the PLC systems/ PLC Programming software
- Good communication skills in English
- Wants to be hands on, strong sense of responsibility and team work 举报 分享
