Responsibilities / 岗位职责
Working closely with Department head of Marketing and Communications, the creative designer will provide creative and production support to the department and improve the overall quality of marketing material
？ Provide creative, design and production support to Marketing & Communications Department
？ Develop Corporate and Marketing material including brochure, newsletter, email campaign, event material and gift items
？ Support major pitches and presentation when necessary
？ Other ad hoc duties assigned by Department Head
Skills & Experience / 任职要求
？ Design School graduate with at least 3 years’ relevant experience. Experience with real estate industry will be an advantage
？ Familiar with design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat Reader
？ Team player, self-motivated, well-organized, and possess a good eye for details and aesthetics
？ Able to work overtime, tight deadlines and under pressure
