1.Key Job Responsibilities主要工作内容和职责：

* Responsible for supplier development and evaluation;

负责供应商开发，认证和评估；

* Participate in the new project and product transfer;

参与产品生产转移和新产品的开发；

* Control the material cost, negotiate with the supplier to reduce costs;

控制物料成本，与供应商谈判降低成本；

* To assist suppliers to quality assurance and quality control;

协助供应商一起做好质量保证及质量控制；

* Responsible for the parts on time delivery;

负责零部件的准时交付；

* Continuously track supplier performance according to defined performance targets.

依照设定的绩效目标，持续追踪各供应商绩效。

2.Requirements 任职要求：

* Bachelor degree in majors related with Mechanical Engineering;

机械及相关工科本科专业为佳；

* More than 2 year experience and familiar with mechanical design, engineering materials and manufacturing processes.

至少2年以上机械加工工艺管理或机械加工设计经验。

* Able to operate Microsoft Office ,ERP systems and LOTUS NOTE.

熟悉Microsoft Office ,ERP systems和LOTUS NOTE。

* Good command of both oral and written English.

能用英语进行交流,包括口语会话和书面英语。

* Relevant work experience in supply chain or SQE in multinational corporation is preferred;

有外企采购或供应商质量管理经验者优先；

* High ethics compliance ;

严格遵守职业道德规范；

* Family with the request of RoHS;

熟悉和了解RoHS要求；

* Background of design, moulding and process on plastic/metal/optical components is preferred;

有塑料、金属、光学零件的设计、模具或工艺经验者优先；

* Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize and execute against targets;

能够在压力下工作，懂得根据目标安排工作的优先级；

* Excellent team work and with good interpersonal skill, self-motivated, result-oriented and independent working.

具备团队合作能力和与人沟通的能力，工作主动，懂得以结果为导向的工作方式，并具备独立的工作能力。
