职位描述：
1. Manage the resources and ensure a fully utilization in quality department and work out overall product quality planning covering the whole process from incoming quality, CEM quality, product safety/reliability and compliance, outgoing quality and field quality to meet customer requirement and achieve customer satisfaction.
2. Develop, maintain and continuously improve and optimize quality system and processes to meet the requirements of customer, programs, company business, and social and product compliance.
3. Coordinate with internal departments and customers directly when needed to understand customers’ requirements in quality;
4. Provide in-house training on quality and quality assurance systems and practices for different customers to the quality team, as well as staff cross functionally;
5. Organize and monitor customers’ factory audit and inspections;
6. Collaborate with customers and provide suggestions/advice to continuously improve quality though the quality assurance process;
7. Take part in the NPI activities and the processes of new material qualification, prototyping, PVT and mass production to ensure quality management practices are implemented and potential quality problems and risks are resolved and mitigated;
8. Regularly review internal and customer quality reports, and identify quality trends and improvement opportunities;
9. Collaborate with other functions to identify root causes to quality issues and provide support in developing solutions;
10. Ensure compliance to ISO certification requirements and coordinate with external parties in audits, qualification measures, etc., as well as training of internal audits to ensure continuous certification;
11. Recruit, train, development, motivate, and evaluate quality team members to calibrate and maintain a capable quality team that support company’s overall business needs and objectives.
12. Engage the activities of supplier performance review, quarterly business review, supplier quality development, new supplier selection and assessment so as to secure supplier chain’s stability and capability to fulfill customer requirement.
13. Devote to company overall material and manufacturing cost down to lead suppliers contribution on lean production, process capability upgrading, the whole supply chain efficiency and performance promotion.
14. Be accountable for the products quality performance among incoming, process, outgoing and lot returned from customer.

任职资格
1. BS degree in electronics, mechanical or engineering discipline.
2. Minimum of 5 years’ quality management and supplier quality experience in electronics manufacturing industries.
3. Good people management skills, be able calibrate and maintain a good quality team to meet company’s quality targets.
4. Strong problem analysis and solving competency through PDCA, 8D and DMAIC methodology.
5. Familiar with electronics parts, PCB and semi-conductor, connector and transformer, EMS process including SMT, reflow and wave soldering. Good at quality standards IPC-A-610F, TS16949 and quality tools including 8D, SPC, FMEA, PPAP, APQP and six sigma.
6. Good English language skills in verbal, comprehension and writing, able to communicate with people internal and external effectively.
7. Professional in Supplier quality management, quality target setting and quality improvement driving. 举报 分享
