任职要求：
1、装修、室内设计相关专业
2、有深厚的美学基础，很强的创意和概念能力，擅长效果图及透视图绘制，手绘及方案能力强；
3、熟悉装修施工工艺及各类材料性能，能够独立绘制全套施工图，熟悉设计、合约、施工及现场综合管理；
4、熟悉室内装修施工工艺，熟练运用各种材料，了解各类装饰材料性能及市场供应商情况；
5、熟练掌握CAD、PHOTOSHOP、OFFICE等相关绘图办公软件。
6、三年以上室内装饰设计经验
7、沟通理解能力：有一定的语言文字表达能力，能够了解并耐心听从总经理或者客户的设计要求；
8、审美能力：有较高的设计品位和眼光；
9、思维能力：具有创新能力、分析判断能力、学习创新力、数据分析、空间理解力、有一定的市场敏感度；
10、客户服务意识：耐心周到，能及时了解客户的潜在需求并为客户的利益提供建议。

岗位职责：
1、根据公司统一装修要求，聆听客户提出的装饰需求，全面负责项目的装饰设计工作，把控设计质量和进度安排；
2、负责室内工程施工过程的设计协调、组织图纸交底，家具配饰等；
3、审核、优化设计阶段的施工图纸，装修工艺，装饰材料技术等；
4、进行室内施工现场配合和协调工作，解决现场问题，协助装修公司施工技术方案、技术措施等；
5、协调解决现场各类问题，监控施工材料，质量和进度，确保项目正常推进，完善项目设计细节；
6、根据制定的装饰设计方案，监督完成所需材料的采购、质检、安装工作，确保装饰工程的顺利进行，保证项目的装饰装修效果；
7、监控装修人员施工过程，并监督装修方案的具体实施，保证施工的顺利进行；
8、施工完成后，根据部门提出的质量验收标准，协调有关部门对项目室内部分进行最终审核，保证设计施工质量。
