岗位职责：
1、 登记施工合同、施工图、施工预算、变更、施工组织设计、施工方案、施工材料需求计划及施工进展计划和月完成工作量报表等各种台帐，并办理收文移交签字手续，组织施工队进场开工，填写所有交底记录。
2、 将施工项目内业资料进行统计登记、编号、分类、整理归档保存，并办理发文签字手续。
3、 对施工进度完成量的统计及编制下个月的各施工项目进度计划，并分析说明。
负责工程部内部业务管理工作。
4、 进行房屋结构现场勘察工作，记录建筑施工遗留的质量问题，警告施工队严禁破坏承重结构。
5、 负责文明施工现场的定期检查，督促施工队进行试水工作，并检查渗漏情况。
6、 每季度定期检查施工机具设备的完好情况，按周期保养规定施工队进行维护和保养。
7、 严格执行装饰工程施工规范和质量检验标准，合理安排施工进度。参加各项工作的验收及优良工程评比，按公司规定下达罚款及奖励通知。
